Exchange Policy
At The Last Peak, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
- Exchanges are only accepted for size or product issues.
- Items on sale or purchased with a discount are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process:
- Contact our support team at thelastpeak00@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order details and reason for exchange.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us (shipping charges to be borne by the customer).
- After inspection, we will process your exchange.
Out of Stock Items:
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we do not offer refunds.
- Instead, you can choose a different item of the same value or pay the difference for a higher-priced product.
